Trash Island

Hi there, blinks look from Thilafushi Island.
Back here, people call it “trash island” – yep, cause all trash from city and island surrounds goes into here!

You’ll see smokes from burning trashes, which piling up into mountain form.
But nature just won’t go away, isn’t it?
You still able to see nicely round sunset – nice isn’t it?

Of course, there’s some buildings. Government buildings and rest are places where workers stay. This island also specific for workshop and storage of companies in Male.


If you haven’t notice, no-no this is not another resort. This is a mosque. Nice…

Finally, this Dhony bring me there- not full speed, but it’s acceptable.

Ogh, those books drives me crazy!
Almost forgot how the feels inside library- feels good!

Seeing believes. Most 1st time I arrived here, was disappointed with no more Stephen King “Dark Tower” publish here, desperately needed. For killing time.
But then, here, now- I can read all them up, from 1st edition to the end. How great it is-

Membership fee of 50/- rufiyaa plus library fee of 10/- rufiyaa monthly plus deposit of 150/- rufiyaa which you can claim back once you got your feet out from Male.
Not bad, huh?
Plus some more, the library opens from 8am – 8.45pm except Fridays.

If there’s only a thing I can complain right now is .. “would u turn off the ceiling fan, please? “ ..well, thank you-
