Toul Sleng Museum (part 01)

Remembering Pol Pot Regime's history .. such a terrible & haunted feelin- I got.

Each time passing by, places where tragedy happened- gives me a creep, just by the look of it. But, this time- I brave myself, with all curiosity of what actually the feelin of it inside. .. so, here I am - inside Toul Sleng .. place where thousand of people being slaughter and tortured, from immoral people.

By just looking at picture of all prisoners, they display inside- i have this depressed emotion, how could someone faith be so dramatic. From good life with their family, just suddenly like that being dragged into misserable situation-

Faces lost blend into desperate soul-

Paintings describe lots of horrible activities Pol Pot did to all this innocent people- seems out of my logic. Such a human being can do all this horrible tortured & psycho thinking. From 10rules, they proclaimed 'til condition of places where they provided for all prisoners- it just doesn't make any sense at all. But it did happen.

next paintings describe how all prisoners being held together with chain, and put in line, inside a room. I went to these rooms, still you can see mark of rusted chains for being there in a long horrible, pain time.

being chained, hand and legs - waiting when they'll be called, for torture and time to die ...

havent been in my life seing skull, except at lab when i was in high schooll.. this time will be different- there's bunch of skulls being kept inside, with detail information.

like this one, told that this skull/person, being tortured with long dull equipment, from top of the skull diagonaly to the neck- which cause sudden death. ... shit- this is damn horrible !!

how could in the world people does this?

there are 2 different kind for prisoner cells. Bricks and wood- they were seperated by floors. There are 3 different levels- which at the ground floor, people are being put together in big room.

as u see, inside they're being chained on their legs- and given a metal box, where they dispose all their needs.
