That's the vietnamese name of this snack. There's no English name for this name- sorry, guys.Made from flour, mixed with beans - create dark color for the yummy sticky wrapping.
Wrapped with banana leaf, and they steam it, to give more texture & fresh smell of leaves-
How's the taste? ..hmmm, yummy -
it is look ugly when you open the leaf wrap, cause it's black - but inside is so tasty & sweet & salty. 
Mixed flavour, but right combination.
Inside there's sweet beans, and dry coconut meat - taste sweet & salty together.
Plus the natural taste of the black sticky wrapp- it's perfecto!!
