KreZZ ..




Who knows that “kulit pangsit” can be a good main course? All these time, we eat it as part of snack. Now, (me-just know this too) they used it as a base / plate for rice.
Various from hainam rice, mixed rice / nasi campur, or even yellow rice (speciality of Indonesian tradition food) also can do.
Plus with the ‘sambal’ / chili too-
Psstt… the sambal / chili sauce taste really good! I would add sweet sauce on top of it – but this is on Semarang’s tradition, where most people likes sambal with bit sweet taste.

This food can be found in Surabaya. I have no idea if other city got it too- but this is the first place I know this kind of food.
Price acceptable too- less than 1bucks! Tummy feels good too-
