Tonight at Effendy & Jaya's place. We continue celebrating New Year!!

Drinks are available plus some snacks and loud music to get Jaya "goyang masss..."
yihaaa... watch his moves!! hahaha.. so cuteeee

Party won't work without bit noisy attitude. We're getting loud & noisy as time goes by. Either one flip on another or getting bug by lover or simply laugh at others.


Of course, we can't forgot that we need to capture happy crazy moment we have.

New Year at Reethi Rah One & Only Resort (chapter2)

Imagine being in a resort? Mostly on well known resort? Hmm, you're right!
It's a heaven paradise.

It's 31st of December 2008 and tonight we're gonna celebrate changing year to 2009.
Exciting for the party & expectation of other surprise coming on- who knows?

Lights are everywhere, trees are decorated with lights. Places clean up. X-Mas tree on every spot standing still, wanting to celebrate together changing of the year.

We start moving on 10pm- getting ready to welcome 2009.
Warm up a bit with Corona & friends. Chit chat & talking of future ahead plan. Gossips around. Laughter & getting ourselves closer to each others.
Such a way where you find that situation is getting friendly, open same time intimate, too.

Heading for party spot. Walking side by side, on cold white sand. Holding hands, singing and cheering each others. I found my heart on that night.

We're so happy & excited for the event.


Beach was decorated as how its gonna be a dance floor, on white sand beach.
It was huge spacious space, and food are supplied too. So, it's always good to be there, since you won't feel hunger & thirst.

"Bing Bang Bang Bung" continously sound of firework. Party is just getting started.
5min full of firework show. We all amazed of it. People taking pictures, video & hardly recall others- concentrating on the sparkle.

Let myself being hug warmly by him, while we're celebrating new year together.

New Year at Reethi Rah One & Only Resort (1st chapter)

Hardly realize it's 2009 coming up-
time flew so fast .. without knowing it & voala, we're here.

It was 5 in the morning, i woke up with excitement & get myself ready.
put on my pants & bright greeny sleeves shirt, ready for my R&R!! (rest&relax-borrow tag from resort guy)

Too early for boat riding, since the boat also haven't come 'til it was 6am. Almost freezing outside with cold breeze. But what the heck- this is holiday! and i'm gonna enjoy it!

The next an hour was full of tense. Bumpy Jumpy Speed Boat- cruising against wave, flip flop people inside speed boat. Whoaaa.. what an experience! Bit scary but it's cool. When else can I get this experience if not now?!

I see nice scenery once boat make its low speed, cool clear blue water, wooden house, unique touch of the place itself- seems like calling you to stop by & stay there. Well, i'm staying there- soon i step my feet on the ground. So, lets not waste the time & let's exploring.

I guess time goes as how it suppose to be. He comes with lazy shorts and bare feet, bringing me into place where i will stay to spend my holiday time.
It was 7am on my time, and darn hungry- so next stop is canteen!!
Quite surprise to see the canteen look. Food all over, and you can eat whatever you like. Hmm.. if your tummy can handle it, though- ha3x
People are having good behaviour & attitude, too. Quite surprising to compare with what I've seen in Male itself. This is the world, I'm talking about-

Getting my breakfast ready, get to know some people around-
Many indonesian around, and it's good to know that you're having lots of friends around. Start hoping from one room to another room. "Hi"Hello,I just came" Nice to meet you" - so much fun to know more friends.

Time to rest after an hour tense on the boat. He3x..
Took me half hour to realize that I won't be able to sleep. I'm too excited to browse all over the place.

Unfortunatly,things doesn't always go like what schedule (hmm.. is there any schedule,di?).. resort are fully booked, and small issue which comes to decision no one allowed to take pictures on surrounding. (for this arogant, misserable peoples)

People get around with bikes here, cause places are distance for one to another-
Some people use buggy too (sort of like cart) cool, like riding 'boom boom car'
but some places you can reach by walk, anyway it's holiday- you can walk bare foot on white sand, right?

I stayed on staff accomodation. Which is good enough, in my opinion. Better that what my office in Male offered. Note that!
You have all facilities there & subsidy from the resort itself.
Places are scattered around but close to each other, as its a complex of its own & separated from guest area.

They even have their own garden. Here are orchid garden, I'm sure if my mom's coming she will spend more time there rather than the beach itself. They plant most of vegie & spices they need. Cool, hah?!

Games area with big projector screen, canoing, banana boat & others are here.
This hang seat i love it! I can watch people play games while I'm reading book on this swing chair. Well, i got to make myself swing to get on swing.


It's right when they call this is paradise- Hmm...

See at those bright clear water behind? gorgeous-

Here Comes X-Mas!!

X-Mas is coming & another year is changing.
so, what's the plan for this 2009?

meanwhile, we're having kinda mix party. for new year, also for x-mas. considering not so many christian in male, maldives. so we create our own-
party was held by friend of mine. cool place & cool arrangement.

hmm.. this one is girl's group. U all know well when girls are staying together- where nothing then something happen.
we're kinda covering the x-mas tree, aren't we? well, hardly notice about it when flash goin on.

i got my 'tiger'mug - cute & huge mug. no worried for thrist at night-

Flight w/ priveledge

It was 9am flight. Domestic flight, from Male to Hannimaddhu Island.
Went out on this trip, for my friend gave me privilege on free seating inside the cockpit! Amazing! I’ve been always wanting to seat on a plane, with the pilot & now, dreams come true!
Plane is flight with 2 gorgeous pilot. They’re called their selves as Sir’ Teddy & Sir’ Fayez. White pilot uniform & all those badges, plus black sunglasses, aren’t they awesome?

Teddy comes from Indonesia, flight for many years & no doubt on his flying skills. he's the one who gaves me this priveledge-


While Fayez, true Maldivian graduated from US & flight plane since then. No doubt on skill of these two man for handling plane. Terrific- I’m flying with full trust. Honest but sad, they’re taken- sorry.
Enough with the pilot talks. Let’s get into the plane & the trip. It was not like what I had expected bfore. Spacious seating, interesting equipment (which on this part is true) and excellent front view- But, what I experience is totally amazing. Being a pilot is not as easy as you would think, or even it won’t be as hard as you thought also. Yes, indeed – there’s so many buttons with its own different function. Yes, there’s so many nature things you need to get involved with. Despite that, have you notice that they also equipped with crib notes for each flight, they make?! Hmm.. Interesting, isn’t it?
2nd pilot supported main pilot, which seats on the left side of his. 2nd pilot open the guide handy book & gives check list on each performance. Landing, approaching, take off, etc.
Once its take off, it took around 5 to 10min to get adjust the plane & voile, automatic pilot on. Soon, automatic navigation will take control. And pilot gets their time to relax. The only view they can enjoy is their 2 mini screens, which shows the route & cloud marks, which tells them where to hoop in into another road. Just like driving, you avoid construction hole, dump, etc. It’s not like you get the best view over there, ‘cause most of the window will be cover with those buttons. When it’s sunny, blinds are up on those small windows and again, those small screens will accompany their trip. (Now, you can understand why most of pilots are wearing sunglasses all the time, right? - And sometimes they just forgot to take them off, even when they’re not flying. Ha3x)

Confession spilled out that they’re nervous during landing, especially when short runway is ahead them. Oh, aren’t they so cute?
In fact, it is worrying- I was seating with them, during the landing. And it is, short runway. Really short in my opinion, as I saw it myself. And not sure how they can handle it well during the landing. Fiuhh.. Got me bite my tongue-

On the trip back, I put myself on back seat. Enjoying scenery view from that capsule window & took some shots with my Canon. I’m not alone, though. A flight attendant accompanies me during my flight time. His name is Ahmed Siaar. He’s a one man show on that flight. Called him Siaar. Just turn to 18 and loves to travel. No wonder he loves his job so much.

susahnya jadi pendengar yang baik ..
kadang telinga ampe panas dengerin sumpah serapah yang ga abis-abisnya.
well, rasanya gini ya klo jadi pendengar teman setia..

meringankan buat yang dongeng seh, tapi yg dengerin kan jadi sengsara- kudu konsentrasi dengerin, salah2 kasih respon bisa berabe deh ..

kasian juga klo ngerasain gini.
buat temen2 yang udah berbaik hati sering dengerin curhat aku- makasih banget ya, sudah merelakan kupingnya & waktunya & konsentrasinya untuk aku.

memang, tidak ada yang bisa menggantikan sahabat sejati~
